• Photos – When you upload an image, we process it securely to generate AI-based results. Images may be stored temporarily for processing and quality control.
• Account Info – Your email or sign-in method and preferences.
• Purchases – Payment data is handled by your app-store provider; Easy Dev never stores full payment details.

b. Automatically Collected Data

• Device type, OS version, app version, usage events.
• Analytics and diagnostics data from trusted partners such as Firebase, Sentry, or Amplitude.
• Advertising & Behavioral Data – We collect information about your in-app behavior, purchases, and interactions to measure advertising campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts through third-party services including Meta (Facebook) SDK.

3. How We Use Information

To operate and improve the Service:

• Generate and deliver images
• Maintain performance and security
• Analyze usage and fix issues
• Communicate service updates
• Measure and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing effectiveness
• Track purchase events and in-app behavior for analytics

We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with:

• Service Providers – hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and support vendors under confidentiality agreements
• Advertising Partners – We share behavioral data, purchase events, and usage information with advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook) to measure campaign performance, optimize ad targeting, and deliver relevant marketing content

5. Advertising and Analytics

We use third-party advertising and analytics services to improve our Service and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns:

• Meta SDK (Facebook) – We use Meta's SDK to track in-app events, purchases, and user behavior. This data helps us understand campaign performance, optimize ad targeting, and measure return on advertising spend.
• Data Collected – Purchase events, app opens, feature usage, device identifiers, and other behavioral data.
• Purpose – Campaign optimization, attribution tracking, audience building, and ad performance measurement.

6. AI Transparency

Our Service uses machine-learning models to create synthetic images based on your inputs. Generated images are algorithmically produced and may not depict real events or persons.

If you access the Service from the EU/UK or other regions with data-protection laws, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries (such as Singapore or the United States) where laws may differ. We use appropriate safeguards to protect such data.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed for processing or as part of your saved gallery (if you choose to retain them). You may request deletion of your data by contacting veligon@me.com.
