Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Easy Dev app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your country’s laws).

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for the content you upload.

4. Image Generation and Ownership

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• You grant Easy Dev a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Generated results are synthetic works produced by our AI systems.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are handled by the app-store provider (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). Renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow their policies. Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and AI models belong to Easy Dev or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit
• Violate others’ rights
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service

Easy Dev may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about image accuracy, availability, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access at any time for conduct violating these Terms or harmful to the Service.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts in Singapore.
